Can someone explain the Artifacts?
Where do they come from?
Just the ARP marketplace? Or are the acquirable in other methods?
Cannot believe that a google search turned up nothing.

Most are purchased through the Marketplace. A few were either Calendar rewards, Daily Quest prizes (randomly awarded), or won through Alienware's Twitch Stream giveaways.
