What are your all-time favorite PC mods?

The Creators Project have named what they believe to be the 10 best game mods of all-time. Counter-Strike and Defense of the Ancients are rightfully there. But there are also a few that might surprise you.
What do you think of the list: Anything you'd add? Anything you'd remove? Let's hear it, people.

I spent a bunch of years playing DoTA. Still a great mod, hopefully DoTA 2 will be just as good.

My favorite was Random Bunker Def, Poker Def, pretty much most good Defense maps.
Some others too, I just can think of right now, it's been a long time.

I think I'll have to say The Lost Spires quest mod for Oblivion. That was a pretty awesome mod. My other choice would probably be Counter Strike.
