The problem with indie games is that there are a lot of crappy undercooked ones. At the same time, there are gems like Minecraft, World of Goo and Osmos. They don't come around often, but we can always hope, right?
The newest one to make a splash at PAX this week is a game called Vessel, slated for PC at some future point. The animation is a bit choppy; I'll admit. Almost cheap even (similar to Trine, one of my favorites.)
That said, the game sets a dark mood, centers around "an invention that changed the world," and appears to have a bunch of platformer and physics based puzzles.
Classic indie title. I'm all for it.
Any other indie titles caught your eye as you wait for Battlefield 3, StarCraft 2.2, etc?
