PC gaming: What to expect from E3
June 4th, 2010

Mega gaming site IGN this week published a preview of some of the biggest PC games expected at E3 this month. So what's on tap when the expo opens its doors on June 15?
The more obvious "good times" include high-profile shooters such Crysis 2, Call of Duty: Black Ops, and the new Medal of Honor. Turn-based strategy fans should learn more about Civilization V, says IGN. And RPG fans will surely be debriefed on Fallout: New Vegas and Fable III.
But wait, there's more! Mafia II, Portal 2, Star Wars: The Old Republic, and the XCOM revival are also planning big coming out parties. And id Software fans can expect some Rage updates.
Of course, it wouldn't be E3 without the announcement of several new and often unexpected games. And who knows, maybe even some newfangled hardware. (Isn't holding your breath fun?)
On that note, what PC news are you hoping for from this year's E3?
