Go figure: World's best StarCraft player also runs a fruit stand

Twenty five year-old Kim Won Gi of South Korea is believed by many to be the best StarCraft II player in the world. Interestingly, in between his 300+ APM, Kim helps his mother run a fruit stand, which explains his Fruit Dealer nickname. 

"I prefer to keep the details private, but my mother started her fruit stall recently," he told Kotaku this week. "It's been about two years since I started to help her."

Sounds like a balanced dude. Which I know for a fact makes him a better player. (Remember wise ones, balance helps you master any passion. ANY!)

Speaking of StarCraft, Kim had this to say: "It's just an exciting, well-made game. I never met anyone who played StarCraft saying that it sucks."
