These rules (“Official Rules”) set forth the rules of the Alienware Arena Star Wars Dark Forces Sweepstakes Remaster (the “Sweepstakes”). iGames, Inc. (“Administrator”) is the administrator of the Sweepstakes.
By entering the Sweepstakes, you accept these Official Rules and agree to be bound by their terms. If you do not agree with these Official Rules, please do not enter the Sweepstakes.
- Eligibility.
- This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States and any Province of Canada (excluding Quebec), who are thirteen (13) years of age or older, and legal residents of Australia (excluding Australian Capital Territory), New Zealand, France, United Kingdom and Germany who are sixteen (16) years of age or older as of March 14, 2024 (“Entrants”). If an Entrant is under the age of majority, then he/she must obtain prior consent from his/her parent or legal guardian to enter and the parent or legal guardian may be required to verify the granting of consent and/or sign a release at the discretion of the Administrator. Failure of an Entrant’s parent or legal guardian to verify consent and/or sign a release will invalidate an Entrant’s Entry.
- All Entrants must have a valid e-mail address and it is Entrant’s responsibility to update the Administrator of any change in their e-mail address.
- Participation in the Sweepstakes is subject to compliance with the requirements specified below.
- Employees of Administrator, Dell Technologies, Disney Consumer Products, Inc. or any of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, or any other company or individual involved with the design, production, execution, or distribution of the Sweepstakes and their immediate family (spouse, parents and step-parents, siblings, and step-siblings, and children and step-children) and household members (people who share the same residence at least three (3) months out of the year) are not eligible.
- Void where prohibited.
- No Entrant will be allowed to receive more than one (1) prize in the Sweepstakes.
2. Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes starts at 11 am Pacific Daylight Time (“PDT”) on March 14, 2024 and ends at 11:59pm PDT March 31, 2024.
3. How to Enter the Sweepstakes.
Each Entrant must have or create a free Alienware Arena account and may enter the Sweepstakes by completing an entry form located online at www.alienwarearena.com/ucf/show/2170876/ Upon completion of the entry form, Entrant is provided one entry (“Entry”) in the Sweepstakes.
The Entry provides a single submission in the drawing ("Drawing") for a prize. Maximum of one Entry per person. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than one Entry will void the Entry and the Entrant will be disqualified.
4. Prize.
Administrator will award one grand prize winner a skinned Alienware R16 desktop computer (ARV$2,099.99) and one copy of the PC game Star Wars Dark Forces Remaster (ARV $29.99). Ten (10) runner-up winners will each receive a copy of the PC game Star Wars Dark Forces Remaster (ARV $29.99). The total value of all prizes is ARV $2,429.88.
All prizes are in United States Dollars (USD). The prizes are provided “as is” and without any warranty of any kind. All details and other restrictions of prizes not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Administrator in its sole discretion. All taxes (and the reporting consequences thereof) and any other fees or costs associated with the prize described above are the sole responsibility of the winners. No prize substitution, except as allowed by Administrator who reserves the right to offer a prize of equal or greater value. Administrator will pay the costs of shipping or delivery of the prize.
5. Drawing for the Prize. Administrator will conduct the Drawing on or about April 1, 2024.
- The Drawing will be conducted by Administrator in Boise, ID, USA. The Drawing will be made using Administrator’s random selection tool.
- The odds of winning the prize are based on the total number of qualified entries for the Drawing and are equal regardless of the method of entry.
- You do not need to be present to win.
- All decisions of Administrator are final and binding.
- Administrator will not deliver a prize to any person other than the winner, other than the parent/legal guardian of a winner who is under the age of majority.
6. Notification of Winner. The winner will be notified by e-mail, as determined by Administrator within three (3) days following the Drawing. The winner may be required to agree to the Certificate of Eligibility and Release (“Release”), which includes an acceptance of these Official Rules and a release of liability, to the extent permissible by law. Entry into this Sweepstakes constitutes prize winner’s agreement to sign such document. If required by law, the winner also will be required to execute Federal and State tax releases. Within five (5) days of notification attempt, winner must respond to Administrator with the requested documents and if applicable, any tax release, or the prize will be forfeited. In such a case, Administrator will choose an alternate winner by the same random method. The winner, by entering the Sweepstakes, consents to the inclusion of his or her name, alias and country being disclosed by Administrator as indicated below.
7. Use of Information. The Administrator collects personal information in order to conduct the Sweepstakes and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers and Sweepstakes administrators. Entry is conditional on providing this information. Entrants agree that Administrator and its agents and assignees may use his or her name, contact information (email, address), alias, game account and image to manage the Sweepstakes. In addition, any such information may be used and disclosed as set forth in the Alienware Arena privacy policy located at http://www.alienwarearena.com/legal/privacy. Please note that by participating in the Sweepstakes and accepting these Official Rules, you acknowledge and accept the use of your personal information and other data for the purposes set out above and it may be transferred and stored in the United States. If you wish to request that we no longer use your information to provide you services, or to market to you, contact us at info@igamesinc.com. We will respond to your request within 30 business days. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
8. General Release. As far as permitted by applicable law, Administrator, Dell Technologies, Disney Consumer Products, Inc., and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”), and all of their respective officers, directors, agents and employees will not be responsible for any of the following insofar as they are beyond their reasonable control: (a) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or any other computer and communications related malfunctions or failures; (b) any Sweepstakes disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of Administrator with the exception of personal injury or death caused by negligence; or (c) any technical or human error such as typographical, printing, or administrative errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. Unless prohibited by the applicable law, you acknowledge that the prizes will be awarded “as is” and that the Administrator makes no warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, concerning a prize or regarding the use, value or enjoyment of the prize.
By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold each of the Sweepstakes Entities and each of their officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the Sweepstakes or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity, or resulting directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize awarded in connection with the Sweepstakes, including without limitation personal injury, death, and/or property damage, as well as claims based on publicity rights, defamation, and/or invasion of privacy.
9. General Terms.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules will be governed, construed and interpreted under the laws of the state of Idaho, USA. Each Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or the prize awarded and all issues and questions concerning the validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Ada County, Idaho, USA, and all Entrants agree to Ada County as the venue for any legal action without regard to conflict of laws doctrine. Some jurisdictions will not recognize the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Ada County, USA, in which case the above clause on jurisdiction may not apply to you. For residents of New Jersey, nothing herein prohibits recovery of any damages or attorneys’ fees if mandated by statute.
- Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, never shall include consequential, incidental or punitive damages, and in no event attorneys’ or experts’ fees. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.
- The Sweepstakes is subject to applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations.
- Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Administrator, which are final and binding in all respects.
- Administrator reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part thereof, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Administrator's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, or Administrator otherwise becomes incapable of running the Sweepstakes as planned, as determined by Administrator in its sole discretion. Administrator reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual founds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Administrator reserves the right to seek damages from any such persons to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- Administrator’s failure to enforce any terms of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

11. Administrator. The Sweepstakes is administrated by iGames, Inc., 2242 E Riverwalk Dr., Suite 200 Boise, ID 83706, USA.
12. Canadian Winners. In addition to the above, if a person selected by the random selection method is a resident of Canada, as prescribed by Canadian law, he/she will be required to correctly answer a time limited mathematical skill testing question to be administered by telephone at a prearranged time in order to be declared a winner.

Ce règlement (« Règlement officiel ») expose les règles du « Tirage au Sort Star Wars Dark Forces Remaster » (« Tirage au sort »). iGames, Inc. (« Administrateur ») administre le Tirage au sort.
En participant au Tirage au sort, vous acceptez le Règlement officiel et vous vous engagez à en respecter les conditions. Si vous n’êtes pas d’accord avec ce Règlement officiel, veuillez ne pas vous inscrire au Tirage au sort.
1. Admissibilité.
Le Tirage au sort est ouvert aux résidents légaux États-Unis et du Canada (autre que le Québec) âgés de 13 ans ou plus, et aux résidents du Royaume-Uni, d'Allemagne, France, Australie (à l'exclusion du Territoire de la capitale australienne), et de Nouvelle-Zélande âgés de seize (16) ans ou plus au 14 mars 2024. - La participation au Tirage au sort est soumise aux conditions énoncées ci-après.
- Les employés de l’Administrateur, de Dell Technologies, Disney Consumer Products, Inc., ou de tous leurs parents, affiliés, filiales et agences de communication respectifs, ou de toute autre entreprise ou individu contribuant à la conception, la production, l’exécution ou la distribution du Tirage au sort, ainsi que leur famille immédiate (époux.se, parents et beaux-parents, frères et sœurs, demi-frères et sœurs, enfants et enfants du conjoint) et les membres de leur foyer (personnes ayant partagé leur résidence au moins trois (3) mois dans l’année) ne sont pas admissibles.
- Ne s’applique pas là où la loi l’interdit.

3. Comment s’inscrire au Tirage au sort.
Chaque participant doit posséder ou créer un compte Alienware Arena gratuit et peut participer au concours en remplissant un formulaire d'inscription disponible en ligne à l'adresse www.alienwarearena.com/ucf/show/2170876/ Une fois le formulaire d'inscription rempli, le participant reçoit une inscription (« Inscription » au concours.
La Participation représente une chance de gagner au Tirage au Sort. Maximum 1 Inscription par personne. Toute tentative d’un Participant d’obtenir 1 Inscription supplémentaire annulera la Participation initiale et disqualifiera le Participant.
4. Prix.
L'administrateur attribuera à l'un des gagnants du grand prix un ordinateur de bureau Alienware R16 skinné d'une valeur approximative au détail « VDA » de 2 099,99 $ et un exemplaire du jeu PC Star Wars Dark Forces Remaster (VDA de 29,99 $). Dix (10) finalistes recevront chacun un exemplaire du jeu PC Star Wars Dark Forces Remaster (VDA 29,99 $). La valeur totale de tous les prix est de 2 429,88 $ ARV.

- L’Administrateur procèdera au Tirage à Boise, Idaho, États-Unis. Le Tirage se fera au moyen de l’outil de sélection aléatoire de l’Administrateur.
- Les chances de remporter un prix dépendent du nombre total d’Inscriptions qualifiées au Tirage et sont égales quelle que soit la méthode d’Inscription.
- Vous n’avez pas à être présent pour gagner.
- Toute décision de l’Administrateur est finale et exécutoire.
- L’Administrateur ne remettra le prix à aucune autre personne que le ou la gagnant, ou son tuteur ou sa tutrice légal si le ou la gagnant est mineur.
6. Notification des gagnants. Les gagnants seront notifiés par courrier, téléphone ou courriel, tel que le décidera l’Administrateur dans les trois (3) jours suivant le Tirage. Les gagnants peuvent avoir à signer le Certificat d’admissibilité et de décharge (« Décharge ») qui comprend un accord du présent Règlement officiel et une dispense de responsabilité, dans la mesure permise par la loi. En s’inscrivant au présent Tirage au sort, les Participants s’engagent à signer ce document. Si la loi l’exige, les gagnants devront également procéder aux libérations d’impôts fédéraux et étatiques. L’Inscription est conditionnée par ces informations. 8. Dispense générale. Dans la mesure permise par la loi applicable, l’Administrateur, Dell Technologies, Disney Consumer Products, Inc., ou leurs parents, affiliés, filiales et agences de communication respectifs (collectivement « Entités du Tirage au sort ») et leurs responsables, directeurs ou directrices, agents et employés respectifs ne sont pas responsables des cas suivants, dans la mesure où ceux-ci sont hors de leur contrôle raisonnable : (a) échecs techniques de toute sorte, y compris et sans s’y limiter, téléphoniques, électroniques, informatiques, logiciels, de réseaux, d’Internet ou tout autre échec ou dysfonctionnement lié à l’informatique et aux communications ; (b) perturbations, accidents, pertes ou dommages du Tirage au sort provoqués par des événements hors du contrôle de l’Administrateur, sauf dommages corporels et décès causés par négligence ; ou (c) erreurs techniques ou humaines relatives à la typographie, l’impression, ou erreurs administratives dans des documents associés au Tirage au sort. En s’inscrivant au Tirage au sort, les Participants acceptent de dispenser, décharger, indemniser et dégager les Entités du Tirage au sort et chacun de ses responsables, directeurs ou directrices, employés, agents et représentants de toute responsabilité relative aux pertes, dommages, droits, réclamations et actions de toute sorte découlant, en tout ou en partie, directement ou indirectement, du Tirage au sort ou de la participation à des activités liées à ce dernier, ou découlant, directement ou indirectement, de l’acceptation, la possession, l’utilisation bonne ou mauvaise de tout prix remis en lien avec le Tirage au sort, y compris et sans s’y limiter, blessures, décès et/ou dégâts matériels, ainsi que réclamations sur la base de droits de publicité, de diffamation et/ou d’atteinte à la vie privée.
9. Conditions générales.
- Dans la mesure permise par la loi applicable, le Tirage au sort et le présent Règlement officiel sont soumis à et interprétés par la loi de l'État d’Idaho (États-Unis). Les Participants acceptent que tout différend, réclamation et cause d’action découlant de ou en rapport avec le Tirage au sort ou le prix remis, ainsi que toutes les difficultés et questions concernant la validité, l’interprétation et l’application du présent Règlement officiel sont résolus individuellement, sans recourir à aucune forme d'action collective, et exclusivement dans un tribunal de la juridiction compétente siégeant à Ada County, Idaho (États-Unis), et les Participants acceptent qu’Ada County soit le site de toute action légale, sans considération des conflits de doctrine juridique. - Toute réclamation, jugement et compensation est limité aux dépenses réelles engagées, y compris les coûts associés à la participation au Tirage au sort et, dans la mesure permise par la loi, ne comprennent pas les dommages consécutifs, exemplaires ou accessoires, et ne comprennent en aucun cas les frais d’avocats ou d’experts. L’Administrateur se réserve le droit, à sa seule discrétion, de disqualifier tout individu essayant de saboter le processus d’inscription ou le déroulement du Tirage au sort, ou agissant en violation du présent Règlement officiel ou de toute autre promotion, ou agissant d’une manière déloyale et perturbatrice. Toute tentative délibérée de saper le déroulement légitime du Tirage au sort peut être une violation du droit pénal et civil, et, dans l’éventualité d’une telle tentative, l’Administrateur se réserve le droit de réclamer des dommages aux personnes à l’origine de cette tentative, dans toute la mesure permise par la loi.
- La non application d’une quelque condition du présent Règlement officiel par l'Administrateur ne saurait constituer une dérogation à cette dernière disposition.

Mit Ihrer Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel akzeptieren Sie diese offiziellen Regeln und sind mit ihren Bestimmungen einverstanden. Wenn Sie mit den offiziellen Regeln nicht einverstanden sind, nehmen Sie bitte nicht am Gewinnspiel teil.
- Teilnahmeberechtigung:

- Alle Teilnehmer müssen über eine gültige E-Mail-Adresse verfügen. Es liegt in der Verantwortung des Teilnehmers, den Administrator über Änderungen ihrer E-Mail-Adresse zu informieren.
- Die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel unterliegt der Einhaltung der im Folgenden angeführten Bestimmungen:

- Kein Teilnehmer ist berechtigt, mehr als einen (1) Preis im Gewinnspiel zu erhalten.
2. Gewinnspielzeitraum. Das Gewinnspiel beginnt am 14. Marsch 2024 um 11:00 Uhr Pacific Daylight Time („PDT“) und endet am 31. Marsch 2024 um 23:59 Uhr PDT.
3. Wie Sie am Gewinnspiel teilnehmen.
Jeder Teilnehmer muss über ein kostenloses Alienware Arena-Konto verfügen oder ein solches erstellen und kann am Gewinnspiel teilnehmen, indem er ein Teilnahmeformular online unter www.alienwarearena.com/ucf/show/2170876/ ausfüllt. Nach dem Ausfüllen des Teilnahmeformulars erhält der Teilnehmer eine Eintrag („Eintrag“) am Gewinnspiel.
Der Eintritt eine einzelne Teilnahme in der Ziehung ("Ziehung") für einen Preis. Maximal 1 Eintrag pro Person. Mehrere Teilnehmer dürfen nicht die gleiche E-Mail-Adresse verwenden. Jeder Versuch eines Teilnehmers, mehr als 1 Los zu erhalten, macht das Los ungültig und der Teilnehmer wird disqualifiziert.
4. Preis.
Der Administrator vergibt an den Gewinner des Hauptpreises einen geskinnten Alienware R16-Desktop-Computer (2.099,99 US-Dollar ARV) und ein Exemplar des PC-Spiels Star Wars Dark Forces Remaster (29,99 US-Dollar ARV). Zehn (10) Zweitplatzierte erhalten jeweils ein Exemplar des PC-Spiels Star Wars Dark Forces Remaster (ARV 29,99 $). Der Gesamtwert aller Preise beträgt ARV 2.429,88 $.
Alle Preise sind in US-Dollar (USD) angegeben.Hauptpreis wird im vorliegenden Zustand und ohne jegliche Garantien bereitgestellt. Alle Einzelheiten und andere Beschränkungen der Preise, die nicht in diesen offiziellen Regeln enthalten sind, werden nach alleinigem Ermessen des Administrators festgelegt. Alle Steuern (und bilanziellen Folgen) und andere Gebühren oder Kosten in Zusammenhang mit den Preisen, die oben angeführt sind, liegen in der alleinigen Verantwortung der Gewinner. Preise können nicht ersetzt werden, außer mit Zustimmung des Administrators, der sich das Recht vorbehält, einen Preis mit demselben oder einem höheren Wert zu vergeben. 5. Preisverlosung. Der Administrator führt die Gewinnspiel am oder um den 1. April 2024.
- Die Verlosung wird vom Administrator in Boise, ID, Vereinigte Staaten von Amerika durchgeführt. Die Verlosung erfolgt durch den Zufallsgenerator des Administrators.
- Die Gewinnchancen für den Preis basieren auf der Gesamtanzahl der für das Gewinnspiel qualifizierten Teilnehmer und sind für jede Teilnahmemethode gleich hoch.
- Ihre Anwesenheit ist nicht erforderlich, um zu gewinnen.
- Alle Entscheidungen des Administrators sind endgültig und verbindlich.
- Der Administrator händigt keinen Preis an jemand anderen als den Gewinner oder den Elternteil/rechtlichen Vormund eines minderjährigen Gewinners aus.
6. Benachrichtigung des Gewinners. Der Gewinner wird entsprechend der Entscheidung des Administrators innerhalb von drei (3) Tagen nach der Verlosung durch einen Brief, via Telefon oder E-Mail benachrichtigt. Der Gewinner ist verpflichtet, dem Berechtigungsschreiben und der Haftungsfreistellung („Haftungsfreistellung“) zuzustimmen, in denen den offiziellen Regeln zugestimmt und auf die Haftung im gesetzlich zulässigen Ausmaß verzichtet wird. Die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel stellt die Zustimmung des Gewinners dar, diese Dokumente zu unterschreiben. Falls es vom Gesetz verlangt wird, obliegt es dem Gewinner, auch die bundesstaatliche oder staatliche Steuerbefreiungen einzuholen. Innerhalb von Fünf (5) Tagen der Benachrichtigung muss der Gewinner dem Administrator die angeforderten Dokumente zusenden, da andernfalls der Preis verfällt. Der Gewinner stimmt durch die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel der Nennung seines Namens, Pseudonyms und Landes durch den Administrator in den Gewinnspiel.
7. Nutzung von Informationen. Der Administrator erfasst persönliche Informationen, um das Gewinnspiel durchzuführen und kann zu diesem Zweck diese Informationen Dritten, einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf den Sponsor des Preises und Administratoren des Preises zur Verfügung stellen. Die Teilnahme bedingt die Bekanntgabe dieser Informationen. Die Teilnehmer stimmen zu, dass der Administrator und seine Agenten und Bevollmächtigten ihre Namen, Kontaktinformationen (E-Mail, Adresse, Telefonnummer), Pseudonyme, Spielkonto und Bild für das Gewinnspiel verwenden dürfen. 8. Allgemeine Freistellung. Soweit durch das anwendbare Recht zulässig sind der Administrator, Dell Technologies, Disney Consumer Products, Inc. und jede der jeweiligen Gesellschaften, Tochtergesellschaften, Filialen und Werbeagenturen (gemeinsam die „Gewinnspiel-Instanzen“) und alle der jeweiligen Amtsträger, Direktoren, Agenten und Mitarbeiter nicht für das Folgende verantwortlich, sofern es sich deren angemessenen Kontrolle entzieht:(a) technische Störungen jeder Art, einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf Telefon, Elektronik, Hardware, Software, Netzwerk, Internet oder jeden anderen Computer und mit der Kommunikation verbundene Störungen oder Ausfälle; (b) alle Störungen, Verletzungen, Verluste oder Schäden des Gewinnspiels, die durch Ereignisse entstanden sind, die sich der Kontrolle des Administrators entziehen, ausgenommen Personenschaden oder Tod durch Fahrlässigkeit; oder (c) jeder technische oder menschliche Fehler wie z. 9. Allgemeine Bedingungen.
- Soweit durch das anwendbare Recht zulässig unterliegen das Gewinnspiel und diese offiziellen Regeln dem Recht des Staates Idaho, USA, und werden diesem entsprechend ausgelegt. Jeder Teilnehmer ist einverstanden, dass jegliche und alle Streitsachen, Ansprüche und Klagegründe, die aufgrund oder in Zusammenhang mit diesem Gewinnspiel oder dem verliehenen Preis entstehen, sowie alle Probleme und Fragen hinsichtlich der Gültigkeit, Auslegung und Durchsetzbarkeit dieser offiziellen Regeln individuell gelöst werden, ohne Zugriff auf irgendeine Form von Sammelklagen und ausschließlich in einem Gericht der zuständigen Gerichtsbarkeit in Ada County, Idaho, USA, und alle Teilnehmer sind einverstanden, dass Ada County der Gerichtsstand für Klagen unter Ausschluss der Kollisionsnomen ist. - Alle Ansprüche, gerichtlichen Entscheidungen und Schadenersatzurteile beschränken sich auf tatsächlich entstandene Auslagen, einschließlich der Kosten, die mit der Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel verbunden sind, und, soweit gesetzlich zulässig, und enthalten niemals Folgeschäden, sonstige Schäden oder Schadenersatz und auf keinen Fall Anwalts- oder Expertengebühren. In einigen Gerichtsbarkeiten ist die Haftungsbeschränkung oder der Haftungsausschluss für Neben- oder Folgeschäden nicht zulässig, daher könnte die obige Klausel für Sie nicht zutreffen.
- Das Gewinnspiel unterliegt dem anwendbaren bundesstaatlichen, staatlichen, regionalen und lokalen Gesetzen und Regelungen.
- Die Teilnehmer sind einverstanden, an diese offiziellen Regeln und die Entscheidungen des Administrators gebunden zu sein, die in jeder Hinsicht endgültig und verbindlich sind.
- Der Administrator behält sich nach alleinigem Ermessen das Recht vor, das Gewinnspiel ganz oder teilweise zu stornieren, auszusetzen und/oder zu verändern, falls Betrug, technische Störungen oder jegliche andere Faktoren, die sich der angemessenen Kontrolle des Administrators entziehen, die Integrität oder ordnungsgemäße Durchführung des Gewinnspiels beeinträchtigen oder der Administrator aus anderen Gründen nicht in der Lage ist, das Gewinnspiel wie geplant durchzuführen. Der Administrator behält sich nach alleinigem Ermessen das Recht vor, jede Person zu disqualifizieren, die den Teilnahmeprozess oder die Durchführung des Gewinnspiels manipuliert oder durch ihr Handeln gegen die offiziellen Regeln oder andere Werbeaktion verstößt oder auf unsportliche oder störende Weise agiert. Jeder Versuch einer Person, die rechtmäßige Durchführung des Gewinnspiels vorsätzlich zu unterminieren kann ein Verstoß gegen das Straf- und Zivilrecht darstellen. Sollte so ein Versuch unternommen werden, behält sich der Administrator das Recht vor, Schadenersatzforderungen in voller Höhe des gesetzlich zulässigen Betrages zu erheben.
