Stuck at 7499 ARP
So I was impatient to go tier 3, but since today's morning my ARP count is stuck at 7499 and, while I see for example the "Watch Twitch" count go up, the "Lifetime ARP" doesn't change.
Is this a glitch or there's an action I should perform before going tier 3?
