I still haven't been contacted for the bomber jacket I won! So excited about it. Anybody is aware of any updates? Please share
Won Alienware Bomber Jacket in auction. How can I order the size and color?
I have a serious issue with the "Watch Twitch" section in the "Control Center". Sometimes the list is empty and I have to refresh ~20 times or wait a few hours for the list of twitchers to re-appear. Is there a known fix to this?
The artifact I switched to get a marketplace discount, can't be replaced after ~30 hours. Is there a solution to fix this?
I just tried to claim "Be more alien athletic socks" and "Alienware arena socks". But the system doesn't allow me to finalize my claim; the error message is "All purchased units have been claimed". Also, I mistakenly claimed "Be more alien athletic socks" two times. Can an admin cancel these orders, that are sitting in "My rewards" but cannot be claimed properly, and refund me the ~4000 ARP spent on them please?
