What is "Pending Bought Rewards" in "My Rewards"? I purchased a merchandising item, the Alienware Socks, thinking they were the white ones because I already have the black ones and it would let me buy them again (I have to spend points on something) and it shows up there, in “Pending”. There is a button that says “Claim” but it doesn't work. In Discord nobody has answered me.

How long is “pending” the market items? A button appears to update my address, where I have all my data except the country. Cartire already fixed my account because the country was wrong, is that why it is in Pending? Contact button does not work.
