The Legend of Zelda: The Breath of the Wild already launched on the emulator in 4K resolution
Although The Legend of Zelda: The Breath of the Wild is the game that just went in sales, it is already possible to play it through unofficial way - via emulator. The reason for this is because the game also came out for five year old Wii U console, on whose emulation has been actively working on. Surprisingly is only that the game has even launched on Cemu emulator so quickly, considering that some older titles are still not compatible with it.
Admittedly, that the game has been launched does not mean that it is fully playable. Emulation is at that stage that only we can look how would Breath of the Wild looked at 4K resolution. At 15 frames per second, but anyway.
The creator of the emulator under the nickname Exzap gave the many hope that they will soon be able to play one of the best rated games of few years back also on PC. However, even though based of this his account on Patreon in a week got fatter for some six thousand dollars, he himself claims that there is no predicting when it will, and if ever, game be playable on emulator.
"There is a misconception that the game will soon run perfectly because at all has been launched so quickly after the release. In reality there is no link between those two. "- Said Exzap.
