Capcom urgently removes Street Fighter V music with Islamic themes
A fairly bizarre situation has struck Street Fighter V after the DLC Thailand Temple Hideout Stage, which featured one of the oldest Capcom series locations. Along with the new location, a musical theme has also been added that did not fit into the Buddhist temple. Namely, the players of the Islamic religion have noticed the refrains that are a part of the celebration of Allah. How sounds sound you can check in the video below.
Noticed the mistake, Capcom apologized for this omission and announced that it would replace the music by urgent procedure. This procedure will affect all players because Street Fighter V will be inaccessible for online gaming for a very short time. Capcom argues that the mistake was not deliberately and equally respects all religions around the world.
