Google made CAPTCHA invisible

CAPTCHA is an annoying but necessary evil. This system of verification has been used for many years to separate real people from bots, gradually evolving along with the development of the machine's ability to recognize text. Now, Google declares that the latest version of CAPTCHA does not require any input at all.

Invisible CAPTCHA is an update for the tiny Turing test purchased by Google in 2009. In 2013, the company updated the system with a regular checkbox, checking how the user clicks on it and, if necessary, provides additional tests. A new update of the invisible CAPTCHA analyzes the browser behavior of the user.

What is the benefit of Google? The original reCaptcha was bought by the company to help digitize books. The current version does not require doing anything, but the company is convinced that everything that is good for the Internet is good for Google ... or they teach their AI based on your behavior in the browser.

Your behaviour in browser.... It will still consider variables like your IP address and the movements of your mouse and its technology will actively consider a user's engagement with the CAPTCHA — before, during, and after — to determine whether that user is a human.

It'll be interesting to see how well this works. Some of the recent versions of captcha have been pretty annoying, I really dislike the "select all squares showing street signs" type :P
