After the announcement on E3 2017 Ubisoft says a lot about the new features of Assassin's Creed Origins, while not mentioning the exact size of the world of the game. However, after the interview of Ashraf Ismail to the edition of Game Informer, the fans can roughly present a map of the new project.

Game director Origins said that the Egyptian city of Memphis, at least twice as large as Havana from Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag. He also believes that the main thing is not the size, but the fullness of the game content.

I do not think about the size of the city as something [really] important. It's all about content and experience embedded in it. How much he is alive. Therefore, we filled these locations with tasks, making each city feel unique, [showing] why it was important for Egypt.

Ashraf also said that the game becomes as open as possible for research only after the introduction, and promised great opportunities for customization. He also believes that people will be satisfied with the part of the history that is taking place in our time, and the elements of this section will surprise players.

Assassin's Creed Origins will be released on October 27 this year on PC, Xbox One and PS4.

Cities hasnĀ“t been so big in Black Flag, they were bigger in the recent titles of the AC-Series. Black Flag was more focused on sailing and stuff. I would love to see something new in Origins. As a big AC Fanboy, I got bored after AC Black Flag

Twice bigger = Twice more empty? they should try to make simply a better game. This serie really needs it.

Well the article does say that they realize that it's not just how big it is but also how you use it:

He also believes that the main thing is not the size, but the fullness of the game content.
