Fixed issue where multiple subsequent changes to xTend settings could cause the Killer Control Center to stop responding.

Known Issue:

Rivet Filtering Engine:

Under high throughput WAN links, Rivet Filtering Engine driver may have high DPC execution time.

Every release might include new apps/games support.
