StarCraft 2 becomes free

The original StarCraft a few months ago became completely free. Its example will be somehow followed by StarCraft 2, with the difference as it will not become free to download but will switch to a free-to-play model where the gameplay basis will be free, but for some parts of the game will be paid, by desire.
In the translation, the multiplayer will be "for free", but singleplayer campaigns will only be partially free. Free will be the Wings of Liberty campaign, while Heart of the Swarm will be free only to those who already own StarCraft 2 (Wings of Liberty). Legacy of the Void and Nova Cover Ops will still cost 15 euros.
As far as the multiplayer is concerned, it will include a ranked ladder that will unlock after the first 10 wins of the day. All the characters will be able to unlock for free, but only to the fifth level.
StarCraft 2 will be released on the 14th of this month.
