Dead by Daylight new Killer Freddy (the nightmare) is getting nerfed

So, Freddy is getting nerfed.

It seems that:

In Dream state, if you lose Freddy and leave his terror radius, it's been suggested that you get 10 seconds before appearing in Freddy's vision (giving time to give distance/get out of the Dream).

Slower speed when chasing someone in the Dream (or just slower speed in the transition).

Likely the former. Increase to the time to fall into the Dream (10 seconds I think was a time mentioned).

Personally I think Freddy is already pretty weak against high rank survivors.

After couple days from release, experienced players  learned how to use the dream transition time (now 7 secs) to accomplish their goals, like finishing a gen, unhook a survivor, without the killer being able to stop them.

What do You think about this policy? Perhaps the developers are targeting more and more casual players?
