Batman: Gotham City Chronicles rules Kickstarter!

Publisher Monolith Board Games threw itself into serious waters with its successes in previous KS campaigns (Conan and Mythic Battles: Pantheon), then they prepared a giant of one game, blessed by DC side and placed in a famous franchise of grim bat. In just a few hours, campaign Batman: Gotham City Chronicles exceeded set value for completion of the project ($500,000), and the backers so far have already invested four times more!

This KS exclusive (will not come to the store shelves!), It deals mostly with skirmish mechanics that does not differ too much from the system used in their Conan game. The game is for 2-4 players, asymmetrical in the sense that one player takes the role of a villain and spreads fear through Gotham, while the others become heroes and try cooperatively to prevent him in all evil doings. Each game takes place according to the many scenarios that are included in the base set, and if you add more money, you get more expansions with which the designers guarantees an even better gameplay experience.

The basic game comes in two boxes, for villains and heroes, because there is too much content ... This project literally 'rudely' squanders quantity and quality of the miniatures, which can only help improve player experience and serve as an excellent collectors' excuse to allocate pretty big figures from your wallet.

Interstellar

They probably have to add a couple more stretchgoals considering it still runs for 29days... :D

Interstellar

Very wonderful, I always look with interest new materials.

Galactic

I would consider it, if the figures came prepainted, but unfortunately:

All miniatures presented in this campaign will be of high-quality plastic, pre-assembled, and shipped unpainted.
