Poland though won't get Mafia III but Civilization: Beyond Earth – The Collection as their replacement, which is a pretty nice one for them too. :)

But if buy a gift and give it to yourself you receive Mafia. Without any proxy or VPN. This is a method for polish people who wants to have a Mafia instead of Civilization
