How to get sex/romance in Kingdom Come: Deliverance

In Kingdom Come: Deliverance, Henry will have several opportunities to engage in courtship, romance, or hire the services of women of a certain profession.

There are different kinds of ways to find sex and romance in the game - some situations only come from completing Side Quests, while others can be paid for much like a merchant transaction. Below you will find all known instances of romance in the game.

Warning: It is worth noting that taking part in any of these activities will render you unable to earn the Achievement: Celibate, which requires Henry to complete the game as a virgin.

The Bathhouse

Many villages and towns in Bohemia have an area known as the bathhouse. Here, the bathhouse proprietor employs women that can provide a variety of services depending on your needs.

• Bathing and Laundering Your Clothes - this will ensure that your garments will be fully cleaned, beyond what a water trough can do. This ensures you will have the most charisma possible when interacting with others.
• Healing Your Wounds - this will restore all of Henry's health, in a much shorter time than it takes to sleep away his wounds at a bed.

• Paying for a Wench - By paying for sex, this not only restores your health to full, but also gives Henry a temporary buff called Alpha Male, and will increase his charisma for a time.

Romancing Theresa

After being saved by Theresa and taken to Rattay, you'll soon get to embark on the Side Quest called Courtship, and ask Therea out.

To successfully woo Theresa, you'll need to first accompany her on a walk, and make the right dialogue choices. After a few days, you can return to take her out to the tavern - where you'll have to fistfight to defend her honor. Finally, a few days later, play a game with her in the barn and you'll complete the quest and have a romantic night with Theresa.

A Night of Drinking and Debuachery

Another encounter can be had during the Main Quest, Mysterious Ways.

After meeting with Father Goodwin, he'll invite you to have drinks with him at the local tavern. In order to get him in a good mood, tell him all about yourself, and ask him questions too. When the time finally comes to end the conversation, take him up on his offer of drinking the night away.

After getting properly boozed up, fist-fighting with the Baliff, and drunkenly stumbling around town, you'll be rewarded with a brief sex scene at the "climax of the evening".

Cavorting with Witches

After helping out Father Godwin in the Main Quest, you can talk to him to learn about a new Side Quest, Playing with the Devil. In this quest you must interrogate an old Herb Woman in the forest, and then watch over three women from town as they take drugs and try to commune with the devil.

If you manage to follow them at a distance until they begin the ritual, and then show yourself, they will mistake you for the Prince of Darkness, and offer themselves to you. If you choose to accept their wishes, you'll have a very trippy time - it probably counts as sex even with all the hallucinations.

Romancing Lady Stephanie

You might remember the kind Lady Stephanie of Talmberg who was nice to you during your stay after the attack on Skalitz.

If you return to Talmberg later in the game, the guards will inform you that Lady Stephanie wants to speak to you. She'll have a Side Quest for you, At Your Service, My Lady. If you help her recover all of the wedding gifts without cutting corners, you can return for a reward.

She'll offer to give you a shirt that used to belong to her late husband. When she asks you to put it on right there - agree to the decision to change in front of her, and you'll get a scene where you have a secret affair with the Lady of Talmberg
