Ghost Recon Wildlands Year 2 DLC Plan Revealed
Ubisoft has revealed the plan for Year 2 of Ghost Recon Wildlands' DLC.
Ubisoft announced Ghost Recon Wildlands is getting another year of post-launch content, which will include additions to both the campaign and Ghost War PvP modes.
Year 2 will see four major free Special Operations updates, each of which will feature a different theme, updates for the PvE campaign including special missions and challenges with exclusive rewards, updates to the Ghost War PvP mode, and features which have been requested by the community.
The first big update, called Special Operations 1, will be released on April 10 on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
Special Operations 1 will add teammate customization, which will allow players to customize teammate outfits with every item they have unlocked for their own character. It will also include a new PvP mode, called Sabotage. Sabotage is an objective-holding mode which comes with five maps. The update will also include a new PvP class, new weapons, and new perks.
For PvE, Special Operations 1 will add a special themed mission and challenge, as well as content planned for Update 5 "Reinforcement" and Update 6 "Bravo 6" on Ghost War's original roadmap.
A $30 digital Year 2 Pass for Wildlands will offer all six of the Year 2 Ghost War classes, including a week of early access. It will also contain an exclusive customization pack, four Special Ops Battle Crates, and four Ghost War Battle Crates.
