Epic Games dropped Season 5 of Fortnite, and they have added all kinds of changes to the familiar map by adding A Viking ship, Desert Outposts, through the map Ancient status have popped up which is a nice touch. Moisty Mire has been hit with a drought, bringing with it a brand new desert outpost which should bring all kinds of new gameplay ideas.

Fortnite also added their first 4 person vehicle calling it Zippy All Terian Kart where you can discover all kinds of mysteries with your squad. A new season also means a new battle pass with over 100 rewards including toys and cosmetics.

Patch Highlights : 

– Shotguns will have  more visibility within the reticle as you see the pellets hit

– After firing a shotgun, you can not fire another shotgun right away

– The center of Storm circles 7, 8, and 9 can now shift in random directions, Instead of just shrinking it will now move and shrink.

– Progressive challenges have been made easier for gamers who do not play Fortnite a lot as it is now not restricted to just one season anymore and can do them at your own pace.

– Gyro/motion controls have been added to the Nintendo Switch.

– Emoting will now interrupt sprinting.

– in 50v50 and teams of 20 LTMs, you can  earn XP for reviving teammates

–  Autofire has been added as an option on mobile platforms.
