Publishers and developers can be blocked now and their games won't be recommended in your Steam store page

Go to the publisher page through the game's store page or https://store.steampowered.com/publisher and you can see the new block option under the "Beta" on the right side. You can also report this publisher or developer for offensive content or copyright issue.
