The uncensored version of Hell Adventure 'Agony' is named 'Agony: UNRATED' and already has it's on store page and release date.

Agony Unrated is not offered free to owners of the normal version, but instead receives a 90 percent discount on the Unrated Edition.

Agony Unrated will also come up with some updates - for example, improved character model and texture quality, a "more useful" character development system, volumetric lighting, eight different story mode ends, and a new area (the forest). The procedurally generated Agony mode will also get additional traps and boss fights. In addition to new traps, opponents and a Hard Mode (more enemies and puzzles) you will be able to play the story mode as a succubus.

Agony UNRATED is a first-person, survival horror set in hell. You will begin your journey as a tormented soul within the depths of hell without any memories about your past. The special ability to control people on your path, and possess demons, gives you the measures to survive.

At the end of June, it was said that the financially troubled developers were forced to cease work on the PC patch to remove the censorship in the game for legal and technical reasons. The unrated version will undo this restrictions and show the game in it's intended way - all bloody, brutal and nude.
