NetEase makes game that looks and plays exactly like Fortnite

Game analyst @ZhugeEX revealed on Twitter that Chinese company NetEase has received approval to launch its self-developed Battle Royale game.

Recall that NetEase was tasked by Blizzard for its first mobile game, Diablo: Immortal.  Fans went nuts because the game seemed to be just a reskin of NetEase's existing Crusader's of Light game.  Blizzard, of course, denied that and said NetEase built it from ground up.

Now it appears NetEase has built something else from "ground up" as the Chinese company is entering the very lucrative Battle Royale niche.  The game was originally called Fortcraft, but has now been renamed to BuildTopia.  Hmm, I wonder why?  Any copyright lawyers out there?

The link to the YouTube trailer shows that the game is pretty much a 95% definitive Fortnite clone.  But according to the official site, it already has over 1m pre-registrations.
