PS5 DualSense controller support added in the latest Steam beta

It's not surprising that the PS5 controller got a lot of praise from the gaming community for it's innovative haptic feedback and adaptive triggers technology which allows new ways in which the players can feel and receive feedback from the games they're playing.

If it's properly implemented in games, this could mean a whole new level of immersion. The good news for PC gamers is that Steam has already started adding initial input support for the PS5 controller, which  means that in the near future the rest of the features like rumble, trackpad, and gyro could also be added.

With that said, ultimately it will be up to the PC game developers to implement this technology in their games and  hopefully PC gamers will be able to experience and enjoy the same haptic feedback and adaptive trigger effects as on the PS5.
