On that note, it may be worth a direct link/url:

and in the process of trying to find it, also saw this being 'free' for both EA Play and Steam(probably mentioned elsewhere, but eh) with an expiration date for the Pet one around January 9th though not prominently displayed:

And in either case, 'free' still required me to register a Credit Card Number if I wanted to add the 'Stuff Packs' into EA Plays. That's a no-go for me. Even if I could probably just delete the card info later.

I reported the Pet thing earlier. They both cut off at the same date. The Pet stuff is restricted to PC only because of its limitations. You don't need the CC info unless you did that prior. I only know it only happened to me with XBox for whatever convoluted reason. Nothing else gave me issue. Not even EA.

My point was you should get it through EA first before using another platform to prevent from being screwed by both EA and the other platform. That is it.
