Is anyone else getting a reduced rate of ARP with bonus ARP over the base 15 ARP earned thru Twitch? Specifically the ARP rate is the same as it was before if you're watching a Hive streamer, but the rate is halved for ARP earned over 15. Also, I have to switch streamers once I hit 15 because it will no longer count ARP earned after that even with the artifact equipped. Anyone else noticing these things or is it just me?

It's similar for me, but my cap is at 23ARP. Once I hit that number, I have to switch the streamer.

My max possible ARP is 30 but after approx. 2 hours of watching a Nexus stream ( Only Nexus streams were available. ) yesterday I only got 20 ARP.

This happens to me when streaming on my laptop (14/15 arp then switch) but not when streaming on mobile

they annoucned that they changed the rated arp is gained for normal streams and is increased for Hive stream a few days ago

Even before the recent update, I had noticed it takes longer to earn Twitch ARP in the evenings (USA).
