Neither that link or the other Rewards page has anything new.

You get the ability to make a custom title (https://alienwarearena.com/account/personalization) and access to tier 5 giveaways. The rewards page lists out the unlocks per tier but it's at the very bottom of the page.

This is somewhat outdated wording. In the past, reaching a tier would grant you a reward, i.e. $10 Dell Dollars or other items. It was a one time only reward. That got replaced by converting points into rewards using the marketplace.
