How long does it usually take for the ARP from the Hardware Survey to get added? I've completed it twice and it still says Incomplete in the control center. Update: it worked the third time. I'm not sure if the problem was on my end or not, my browser is heavily modified.

It didn't complete for me until I disabled ad blockers

I can't believe people are having such a hard time figuring this out by now. There is nothing wrong with it. You're just doing it wrong. It's probably a sign Alienware needs to update the hint feature, but there is no problem with it.

What you need to do is to go to the control center and just click the link. Left click. DO NOT open in a new window! DO NOT intentionally open in a new tab! Complete the survey. That should be it.

@TurdFerguson87 My browser defaults to opening links in a new tab. That's probably it, thanks.

@peng_jaa That isn't the issue. That's what it should be doing. That's encoded on the site, not your browser. I specifically stated NOT to make a new tab directly. As in, don't right click and use the dropdown. Just simply left click.

@TurdFerguson87 Oh okay. It's possible that I middle clicked then.

...That as well. Just no matter what, don't force a new tab. Just let it do that on its own. I know it's a habit myself, but I learned this long ago not to do that for this type of quest. AWA logic.

In fact, don't even CTRL+click either. That's another one.
