It worked for me. Did you open the game from the Alienware quest? Did you have any problems before (then maybe your Steam account is not setup correctly to exchange playtime information with Alienware)

And meaybe it just takes a little time for Alienware to request the gameplay info (it is not exchanged in real-time)..

I did "start" the quest and logged around 5 hours in two sets. Should be reflected but still isn't.

Me too. I usually have no issues doing the Choose Your Own Game quest and the free Steam game quest each week, but zero points for Goose Goose Duck still after more than 2 hours play time.
