same. i have no incentive to do daily quests now. unfollowed all their partner streamers as well. i rarely redeem from the vault. i feel bitter that i did not get one this time.

There has to be an exploit they aren't fixing. I've been claiming games without problems until the last 2 months. Now when I claim them nothing happens, and when I reload the page they are already gone.

This isn't the airport to announce your departure. If you can't claim what you wanted, either claim something else or wait for the next vault.

No offence, i'm 100% frustrated as well about this situation, but at the end of the day, it's not like you payed for anything or your money got scammed! Like, if you wanna leave, leave, but please dont act like a hero against injustice lol!

@punkycrash it's not an exploit, and it's not bots. It's just a very, very heavy load of users. I hope they'll get the crashing under control by next month, but that's it, there's no hidden issue beyond that.

BTW if you guys want to come to the Discord (but not to just complain! ^^;) Pylawn posted about the issue and asked for feedback in an appropriate channel. Come (read first, and then) respond if you have ideas?
