I'm sure several thousand of hours are still in the pending void waiting to be synced. I know I had to disconnect and reconnect my steam account a few times for it to finally register.

@MHFkhan you increase both your hours and the community hours by playing the game. This event it's "The Finals". Make sure you sync your steam and join the event first.
