How to fix the issue where we are unable to change artifacts post the 24 hours mark?

What I do is to click on "upgrade" any artifact. After failing, it refreshes de page and it lets me put a new one

@LeNoob7 Sadly it is what it is, guess they moved on Forum to Relays but yep... character limit, hard to find certain relay... personally thinks can't replace Forum at all. At least they left some alive yet.
