It's not a great investment of Fragments to upgrade it, but if you don't have any other/better Artifacts, and you remember to do the Discord polls, and especially if you can complete the set...it could be worth the ARP investment.

The thing for me was that right now it isn't really worth it, but you never know what kind of changes they'll make between now and the next time it's on sale. I got it but haven't used it or upgraded it. I'd say get it if you can afford it,

Thing to consider is this one is part of the Zorathian Renaissance set, so the 3 pieces would do a 10% ARP earing increase.

It's kind of hard to tell as we only have 2 of 3 artifacts for the set. It's better to get that artifact then not have it just in case. Use the ARP discount set to get it, if you have that.
