I don't understand. Alienware/Dell is a computer company yet can't fix a website. Vault loses keys immediately if not before even opening. Constantly have to switch which address I have to use from na, eu, UK to get it to load. ARP disappears or shows up much later. Please fix this Alienware.

Vault did NOT lose keys before opening. It's what happens when there are less keys than the number of people who are grabbing them. First come, first serve. There have been keys for other games people weren't grabbing. You were simply late.

Check out he "About Us" link at the bottom of the page -> Alienware Arena is run by iGames (https://www.igamesinc.com/) - it's not run directly by alienware or dell.

@ClapperMonkey Please explain this "issue" you people are all whining about. There's a limited # of keys, you have to be FAST, your connection has to be FAST. It sucks but it is what it is. There's PLENTY of other free stuff on this site.

@bmurray75 if you had read my post fully you would see that I didn't enter vault this month and it wasn't the only issue I brought up.

@ClapperMonkey there isn't an issue. It's always been competitive, bot or not. the entire vault wasn't wiped. Only certain games. You just had to click at the second the hour hits. I did it and was successful. No cheating at all.
