Alienware Arena has very aggressive caching between your IP address and their website, and it doesn't always know when to update a page. Try upgrading an artifact you can't to reset it or take a peek at alienwarearena.com/ucf/show/2169325.

Or you can change the start of the page's link to some other. For example if your link is eu.alienwarearena.com, you can change it to www.alienwarearena.com and it will force an update.
