Did anyone receive any of the physical items that they bought in the Alienware Arena Marketplace? I bought a beanie three months ago and didn't receive any communication or any information regarding shipping or the status of the order.

I've redeemed the very same beanie and a pin back in... Feb/March, and received them both, though I've thrown away the packing list sheet, so I have no idea how long it took. But a month or two is definitely within their norm

And they have never emailed for that and previous physical item redeems, honestly, so they just appear by surprise, unless it triggers UPS/USPS tracking notification by chance

I got my mousepad in around 2 months. I had some issue with the address but the support team resolved it pretty quickly.
