tried to claim pacific drive the second vault opened and got "We cannot accept your purchase at this time " after a few seconds of refreshing and trying getting the same error , the game went out of stock.

I'd guess you were a little bit too early, I would suggest to have an atomic clock open in your browser...this exact same thing happened to me before because the time on my phone/ PC (I don't remember what it was) was a bit off.)

I had the same with No Man's Sky but still had time to redeem Pacific. I don't understand how the Vault traffic works at all.

From what they told us is they didnt expect so many people would want those two games so they didnt have that many keys and they got grabbed really quick.

I had this happen last month. The solution that was recommended to me is to log out of the account, clear the cookies, restart the browser and log in again. But... when seconds count, this advice is useless =(

well i was there before the game went out of stock i was pressing the button to claim the game and i was getting the error posted above, it was probably a traffic issue
