It tends to launch daily during the week from 11AM-1PM CST in that range. You should get a discord ping if you have synced with #Arena-Connect provided you havent disabled notifications

Discord Polls are usually posted around 5pm UTC (12pm ET) to 7pm UTC (2pm ET) Monday to Friday. So it just hasn't happened yet :)

Once linked your Discord account here https://na.alienwarearena.com/account, then go to Discord Server https://discord.gg/Alienware and look for #arena-connect channel and click that ✅ button as reaction to link.
