After 7 months I still haven't received any of my physical rewards. I contacted multiple times the support by email and zero answers. What I have to do now the have a refund of my ARP points?

I ordered 4 items between Apr 29 and June 8. I got a tracking number Oct 2. It has never worked but the items all showed up together a couple days ago.

@MaXeLL01 yeah I contacted them by email took a few days to hear from them and second email didn't get a response but did get my tracking number
