I truly don't know how it works. In the old forums there was a section stating the "Top Earners", meaning that people were earning ARP (?). Plus, there are so many random comments in daily quests that idk sure if they do it for fun or else

There's a one-time award of like 1 or 2 ARP for reacting to a Relay post, which has resulted in many people thinking that posting daily will get them more ARP...and other people see that and assume these people know something they don't...
