Do any of the World of Warships giveaways work for the Steam version of the game? All the key registration instructions appear to be for the wargaming stand alone account version.

In many multiplayer online games, you can enter a promo code on the company's website. Doesn't matter where you bought/got the game.

Thats kind of the problem though. The provided steps to redeem are through the company site which which requires one of their accounts. Steam version of the game does not require an account.

if you have a wargame account it is now linked with steam so activate using war game.
