I mean that I loaded the page and installed the game but it doesn't show up as playable in the ALIENWARE page.

Try to play the game for 5-10 min and then close it, go Sync Game again and see if the game shows up on the Choose Your Own Game page (I suppose you're talking about this)

I had this issue, I think I solved it by signing out and then signing back in again through the "Login with Steam" option. It detected all my games again after that.
