Keep emailing them until their fulfillment center actually gives you a S&H tracking number receipt of some sort, or until you get your item.

@GirBae - Same here. Noticed a refund in my account last month, and it was after complaining about this phantom plush in a relay. Though, the plush remains as "Claimed" in my Marketplace.
