Guys, I just reached Tier 2 and received a notification with a congratulations and a link to receive a reward, but I can't find it in the rewards page (the link redirects to this page). It really exists?

There are no rewards. You used to get some badges, but badges are gone. So your only reward is access to tier 2 giveaways and game vault games.

You can find the rewards under "account settings".

The reward is at the bottom of the page: you now have access to tier 2 giveaways.

Did you pay actually ARP to reach/access tier 2,or was your lifetime ARP enough?

Lifetime ARP is enough, 2500. In rewards page you can see the requirements for each tier.
