What does the the Flux Artifact from the Community event do? I just started playing and only have a few hours so don't know what it does.

it increases the playtime in community events +Hours Rust    ｜+  5% Bronze｜+10% Silver  ｜+20% Gold    ｜+30% Plat     ｜+40% Inters  ｜+50%

It is not for DOTA, it is for use on Alienware Arena. Activate the artifact in "Profile" (you can activate 3 artefacts). This one gives you free extra hours when you play a community event so you will reach your target hours faster.
