It's still resetting at midnight Eastern Time but the site cache is a lot more aggressive. If your control center still shows the old quest, clicking on it will take you to a blank page because the quest is no longer live. You can edit the

Check both Control Center and Quests Page. One of them MIGHT show you the updated one.

you can edit the number at the end of the URL to be one higher and it should take you to the current quest
