Just wondering, is it worth it to buy fragments, like the 10 fragments you can buy for 150? Do you really gain more ARP from this to make it worth it?

Did anyone not get some of their "Gamer Days" Reward Points? The last 600 Reward Points hasn't shown up in my account.
