In March of last year I ordered the Alienware XL Mousepad from the Marketplace. So far I haven't received it and the last news I had from Alienware was in October asking me to update my contact info, which I did. I think it's pretty safe to say it's never arriving, so I'd like to ask for a refund of the points spent. I'm posting here on the Relay, because other people with the same problem were apparently successful with this approach.
