Ubisoft admitted that they`re having problems with servers
For some time we have heard complaints about bad servers in Ubisoft's games and definitely there are players who have not been affected by these problems, a good deal of players are swearing that their products are almost unplayable. It seems that Ubisoft has decided to do something about it or things have reached a critical point, because they have officially admitted having problems with servers and they`re working on fixes.
We find out that server maintenance was supposed to be completed earlier today at 13:30, but at the time of writing the news the warning about the issues is still standing. We do not think we should pull them by the tongues and we would rather give them time to definitely deal with all the existing problems, but it seems that servers and other issues with Ubisoft are doing serious problems these days.
We do not have data from the console or their Uplay, but the Steamspy webpage is showing worrying numbers of For Honor on Steam. The latest update has been able to revive the game for only a few days, after which the daily number of active players continued to fall and today is under three thousand, what is a downfall of 95% since game's release. We remind that by the release For Honor was one of the most popular games, but the players immediately started to complain among other things at bad servers.
